何攀 青年研究员

何攀,青年研究员,博士生导师。1985年生于江西上饶,2008年在上海大学物理系获学士学位,2014年在复旦大学物理学系获博士学位。2014-2015年在法国国家科学研究中心从事博士后研究;2015-2020年在新加坡国立大学任高级研究员(Senior Research Fellow);20209月加入复旦大学工作至今。曾担任国际知名学术会议分会主席,并受邀在国际学术会议(APS March Meeting等)作邀请报告。担任美国Applied Physics Letters杂志Editorial Advisory Board。入选国家海外高层次人才计划(青年项目)和上海市海外高层次人才计划。目前主持国家自然科学基金重点项目(联合基金)、面上项目和上海市面上项目。


研究方向

主要研究方向为1. 非线性电输运效应与器件;2. 自旋、轨道和谷电子学效应与器件。我们特别关注拓扑量子材料、范德瓦尔斯层状材料、磁性材料和超导材料以及它们的薄膜异质结构。这些材料具有有趣的电子特性,有望实现低能耗的多功能电子器件。我们通过运用对称性、界面效应、层间堆砌和拓扑性质等,设计和调控这些材料的电输运特性。我们主要运用电学测量手段来研究非线电输运效应,包括非线性霍尔效应,非线性磁电阻效应和非线性能斯特效应等,以及自旋、轨道和谷霍尔效应等。通过制备微纳电子器件,探索电子各个自由度在电场或热梯度下的输运效应,以及利用这些效应制备新型电子器件。目前在Nature PhysicsNature NanotechnologyPhysical Review LettersNature Communications等学术期刊上共发表论文40余篇,总引用2600余次。
